Nepal Hacks @ SecurityPal: AI Unleashed, powered by NAAMII, brings together aspiring innovators, tech enthusiasts, and visionaries for a dynamic experience of collaboration, creativity, and technological innovation. Hosted by SecurityPal, a leader in cybersecurity and vendor risk management solutions, the hackathon offers participants an exciting platform to create impactful solutions addressing both local and global challenges.

 

On our third edition, we proudly partner with NAAMII (Nepal Applied Mathematics and Informatics Institute), bringing deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence to mentor participants, enhance project quality, and inspire groundbreaking outputs.

While the event is open to all innovators, the final 30 participants will be selected based on demonstrated proficiency across four key competencies:

​

1) Large Language Models (LLMs): Expertise in fine-tuning, ethical AI, and applied AI solutions such as summarization, QA systems, and sentiment analysis.

​​

2) AI Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with platforms and tools like Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Docker, Flask, and Streamlit for efficient and scalable model deployments.

​

3) Cybersecurity and Risk Management: Skills in identifying vulnerabilities, performing cybersecurity audits, and implementing effective security practices.

​

4) Security & Vendor Assessments: Experience with compliance frameworks, vendor risk assessments, and accurately completing security questionnaires.

​

Finalists will receive specialized mentorship, hands-on guidance, and the opportunity to present their solutions to a distinguished panel of judges, and the chance to become part of a dynamic innovation community.
